Airline “Russia” considered by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation a draft decree of the RF Government “On approval of limits (minimum and maximum) values of insurance tariffs on compulsory insurance of civil liability of the carrier for damage to life, health, property of passengers”.
One of the main principles of compulsory insurance is to protect at the expense of compulsory insurance of property interests of the carrier in case of civil responsibility for causing harm to life, health, property of passengers.
Focusing on the balance of interests of the Carrier and the Passenger, the conditions of the current civil law, as well as on the experience of solving problems, I would like to note the following.
